Shipping policy

We currently ship within Puerto Rico and the United States.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:
Puerto Rico: 1–2 business days  
United States: 3–5 business days

Shipping Rates:

We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders.
Puerto Rico: $7
United States: $9

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, select items may be offered as Pre-Order. The estimated shipping timeframe for these items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Please note:

• Payment is collected at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
• Pre-Order items are shipped once they become available.
• If your order contains both in-stock and Pre-Order items, your entire order will be shipped together once the Pre-Order item is available.
• If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for Pre-Order items.

While we make every effort to meet estimated arrival dates, shipping timelines for Pre-Order items may occasionally change due to supplier or carrier delays. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

Local Pickup

Pickup is available in Gurabo, Puerto Rico.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you by text message to coordinate a convenient pickup time and location.

Pick-up orders must be collected within 7 days of purchase.
